Finding trustworthy care staff is hard. Caregivers Malaysia is a directory where self-employed caregivers list themselves, and prospective employers — families needing in-home support, or care centres covering a staffing need — can reach them directly with an offer.
Caregivers create a free profile — bio, experience, rates, availability and areas they’ll travel to — and manage it themselves. Families and care centres search and browse for free, and contact a caregiver directly to discuss the role and make an offer.
Before a profile is published, our system automatically checks that the caregiver has completed every required section of their profile — including uploading an ID document and a photo. This is not a manual identity check, background check, criminal record check, or reference check — it confirms the profile is complete, not the caregiver’s character or competence. Employers — whether a family or a care centre — should always meet a caregiver in person, ask for and check references, and use their own judgement before engaging anyone.
